Review on 💇 Coobi Professional Hair Salon Nylon Cape: 62"x50" Black Barber Cape with Snap Closure by Kelly Burton

I bought this cape for a haircut at home. On the first two uses, the latches came loose completely upon unboxing, rendering it unusable. I left a review and heard from the company within hours. They sent me a new improved cloak with strong buttons within a day. The clasps on the new cloak are made of black plastic and are part of a long clasp strip that holds the clasps securely to the fabric. The cloak closes and opens as it should. I am grateful to Coobi for their excellent customer service.
