The passenger side heater/air actuator has failed on my 2010 Chevy Traverse. This solved the problem at a great cost. Installation was difficult due to its location (under the dash, behind the glove box blocked by the car frame), but that's Chevy's fault. It's worth playing around a bit to save a ton of money by not going to a mechanic to replace the unit. All in all it took about 90 minutes to take the old one out and put the new one in. I would suggest watching some YouTube videos to understand what it takes to access your drive in your vehicle.
