The tool is too thick to remove makeup bags.
The tool provided does not work. I thought it was meant to be used to remove the makeup case from its original packaging so it could be placed in this palette, but the tool doesn't. It's completely flat so I don't understand how it lifts the pan. Not only that, it's so thick that it doesn't even fit in the widest gap of my makeup to remove. Since I can take out pans, this whole purchase was a waste of money.
