These bulbs look great on a 2018 Highlander. The installation steps are not too difficult, but the cramped space of the car made the installation a royal agony. On the passenger side, it helped to loosen the washer filler neck. On the driver's side, I was able to unclip the fuse box, but it was still insanely difficult to get my hands inside the headlight housing to attach the new bulbs. I was going to try adding some grease to the gasket but I prayed and tried one last time and finally the bulb snapped into place. No fun. I have a Highlander Hybrid and haven't heard any noise from the headlight fans so far, so that's a positive. I really like how these bulbs look, but I'm not overly impressed with their brightness. I don't think they are any better than OEM bulbs for true visibility. Maybe even a little worse. I've been using them for 2-3 months now.
