What helped me get a great result was setting it up the moment I got to my destination. It took about 5 minutes to inflate (super impressed). And I let him rest for at least two hours before laying on top of him. The recommended time is 8-12 hours. So if you can set it up, the sooner the better. Every air mattress I've ever used or owned has deflated at least a little overnight, and this was no exception. Especially since I weigh 300 kg.
