First, I sell door-to-door 53 hours a week every week, so this case has been tested well. The case is a decent price and a decent product. The top left latch doesn't seat properly in my case and regularly pops off, creating a security issue for my iPad if it's ever dropped. The rubber on the body is also loose and feels ill thought out. The charging port's rubber cover opens backwards instead of the other way around, which is a bit annoying when plugging in my iPad when I need it after a long day. The Apple Pencil holder is a nice feature, as is the pen and rotate function with the kickstand. Instructions, packaging and grammar on instructions and packaging are enough to make an English teacher cry. It is difficult to understand and often poorly worded or has poor grammar.
