I use a grain free tortilla press and it works very well for this purpose. I'm glad I got a slightly larger size - I wouldn't want anything smaller. It's definitely heavy, so I had to find a suitable place in the kitchen to put it on. I used parchment paper on a tortilla press and it worked like a breeze. I would like to have more recipe ideas for the press. After making cakes with parchment paper, there was no need to clean the press. I recommend this, but be mindful of the weight and make sure you have space in your kitchen to store it.
