Review on Gallery Seven Men's Leather Ratchet Belt by Jack Ngo

I received excellent customer service from this seller. I would definitely recommend them and this product. They proactively replaced my broken belt. Great! They cared more about the customer than just making a sale. These people need to be voted best sellers at Revain. I've never experienced this before and I've bought a lot of things from Revain. The belt is solid and doesn't feel cheap, but the buckle kind of kills this product. This is my second belt in this style. I was happy with the first. This one works backwards and it's hard to tell if it will release without pushing the strap further into the buckle. I literally removed the buckle twice just to get out.
