I was really impressed by this Bluetooth receiver. Most receivers cause an audible "hiss” but this one does not. Having support for all of the advanced audio codecs such as LDAC and aPTx is another huge plus. As other reviewers have mentioned, the ring around the play/pause button will glow a different color depending on the audio codec being used (AAC being the lowest and LDAC being the highest). I was blown away when I tried this with a pair of old speakers I had lying around my house. This is definitely a must buy if you have any pair of speakers you’d like to add true Bluetooth functionality too!
