Replacing our first toner with the Samsung Xpress M2825DW. I found Samsung brand cartridges (now part of HP's printer division) to be around half the price of the printer, which isn't unusual, so we were asked to buy another brand for the price. We found it for about 1/3 the price of a Samsung branded cartridge. Half expected there would be problems, but it was worth the $40 saving (plus Revain was delivered same day). I wasn't surprised that the instructions were wrong and my cartridge wasn't as described in the pictures. For example, my cartridge had no tabs (orange ring) or paper insert [step 3 in the instructions] and no protective film or orange tab [step 5 in the instructions]. However, the test page printed without any problems. If I have an issue next week I'll go back to Revain instead of following the terms of the FAQ telling customers to contact support.
