After spending 2.1K on an HP Zbook, it was annoying that I had to spend another $260 on a docking station to add two monitors, speakers, two external drives, to connect a printer etc film scanner and various USB devices - yes I work from home and have a lot of computer supplies. Connecting to a document costs two DisplayPort cables as that is the only (useful) monitor input on the document. I used to work at HP and still own stock - to be honest with this rip off America you'd think their stock would really skyrocket! If you buy a Surface Slow, you can get a Microsoft Dock for less than $100. Of course we all decide what is more important to us. The good news is that I like a Zbook with 4TB and 64GB RAM that can run SQL Server. with grace.
