Received the other day. I figured I had nothing to lose at 3pm. I have several Bluedio products and I think this is the right choice! They work, they sound great, but they're hard to use. I have a problem with them. I turn them off and then put them in the case to charge. I know I have to press the button on the case to start charging, but once charged they turn on and connect to my phone. I forget and miss calls because they are in the charging box. Terrible design. Once charged, they must remain off. The solution is to turn off the bluetooth on the phone but the headphones stay on. I would throw them away and get a more expensive pair.
