Perfect for my needs

I love this lunch bag. I have a job without a fridge so I needed something to keep food cold. That worked great for me. I like glassware very much. I love the ice pack that comes with it, but mine is leaking and eventually becoming useless. I have to wipe the water off the bottom of the bag every day, but that's not a problem. The only thing I would like is dishes and a small holder in the bag for it. Otherwise I love it. I am happy with my purchase.
