The chain is pretty but much smaller and more delicate than I visualized through the picture Ebay posted to represent it. I think this should be bought and worn by a child or young person. In fact, it reminds me of a chain I received for a confirmation gift with a religious medallion on it because it's about the same size, just a little shorter. Good news is, I have been wearing it for about a week continually, and I have had no skin reaction to it. My skin is very reactive to impure metals. Also, it really is a pretty chain for the price. I'm choosing to wear an amethyst crystal on mine and I've had several compliments on it so far.
