Bottle does not open
I enjoyed using this product based on other reviews. The mascara container is easy to use, but I couldn't open the dropper bottle (which I really want to use!), even my husband can't open it. The instructions say to push and twist, but it just won't twist or click when twisted and never unscrews or comes loose. I don't know what to do and how to open it. If you know the secret way to open it, please let me know! Otherwise I'll be back!
