Handbag itself is beautiful. Very nice material and soft. I like the many pockets and the spaciousness. It really has a lot of space. However, what prompted me to this review is the fact that one of the straps on it appears to have been cut or broken at some point. As soon as I unpacked it, I noticed a slit in the plastic packaging that the backpack was in. I didn't think about it until I brought it home, took it out of the plastic bag and started filling it with my personal belongings. Then I went to adjust the straps on it and found that one strap had snapped. I was so sad because I almost fell in love with the bag. And the way that slash is, it's almost the entire strap I'm not sure how long it will last without having to fix it. And since I really don't want to deal with the hassle and frustration of having to send it back and then wait for a replacement, I'll probably just fix it myself and not worry about whether the next one comes up with a different problem or one Accident.
