I bought two packs of these hooks, one for each bathroom in the house. First they installed it in bathroom #1 with no problem and kept it for two weeks. The second hook WILL NOT stick to the tile no matter how hard I try. The seller sent me several times how to fix it, I watched the video. It just doesn't stick. Even if nothing depends on it. It sticks for a few minutes, then BOOM, falling into the tub and startling everyone nearby. The tile is cleaned, scraped, the hook is cleaned. The seller then provided a discount code for a new product, it doesn't stay with this tile. They show hooks that will stick to smooth surfaces, curved surfaces, etc., but not my tile. We tried many different tiles in the bathroom, they don't last. Very frustrating. If it gets stuck I would be very happy with the product as I like it in a different bathroom. The seller stood behind the product, but the product itself doesn't work in my opinion and I don't understand why.
