Broken, unusable zipper on first use

Very disappointed! Son used first time and zipper alignment broke! Item is unusable.
I tried to return or exchange today and seller’s short 30 day window is closed. Terrible customer service for an revain deal

Just received and my initial thought was how much of a pain it is to get in and out of the carrying bag. It appears to be a somewhat decently made and ok quality. Manufacture states suitable for down to 30 degrees but what arrived says suitable down to only 32°. Getting the sleeping bag back in the carrying case is easier said than done. I can’t speak on warmth because we have not used them yet. I ordered 4 so I truly hope they hold up and are decent.
