The ease of use when integrating reward program with the platform. The platform is very intuitive, the customer support team is very responsive and knowledgeable, and the platform is very flexible with regards to customizations. I dislike the limitation of being able to only have one offer per reward account. We would like to have more offers (like gift cards) per account. I wish there were a way to add more offers per account. I would recommend this platform to other clients that are looking to reward their employees with a robust platform. We use Reward Gateway to reward our internal employees for good work. We have been able to reward employees with gift cards for participating in training and with gift cards for referring other employees. We have also been able to award employees for good work with gift cards.
