Although I have just bought 6 different shavets and returned 2 of them with no problems. These are also hygiene items. The only reason this is non-refundable is because it is a piece of junk. They don't want it back, just like I don't want it back. 1. It is difficult to even open the razor to insert the blade.2. Upon inserting the blade, I found that it wasn't aggressive enough (maybe just a preference). But it took me two or three passes to get the hair under my sideburns, while other razors I've bought did it in one pass with ease. In my opinion it is too heavy. I generally throw it in the trash because it belongs. I keep my ruler Facon, Equinox and Dovo. This piece of junk is just like the Kingsmen stainless steel razor (it's the same as the Equinox but made of crappy material and three times the price with a different logo. Stay away from that junk. Again. Non-refundable for a reason. All other razors were returned fine.
