They work as they should. I like that the wire comes pre-attached, about 8 inches. Worked well in a light figure that was over 20 years old. You must love UL! Just a note on shunted and non-shunted: shunted means only 1 wire goes to each. This is how conventional neon lamps work. Some replacement LED bulbs require "unshunted" which means 2 poles on each side. Although they are not bypassed, I'm using them as bypassed for now and wiring them up so I can change them to unbypassed later. It works great. In short, you might want to get an unshielded one even if you don't need one, just for the future of your device. If your lights are anything like mine, removing the fixture is a problem. It's best to make it as reliable as possible in the future! By the way, they work GREAT with wago 8 socket wall nuts. I installed 8 of these terminals in 3 minutes (after removing the device).
