Allows for almost full, or if easily persuaded, full and flat 180 degree opening, but can be very heavy on computer hinges and cases. When used with this shell fully open, it dispenses all the time. All I needed was something to protect my computer's outer case from scratches or dirt and this case works really well. I can remove the 180 degree shell for longer use and put it back on later.
