Good toothbrush for beginners but would like to continue

This was the first toothbrush I got when my son knocked out his bottom two teeth and they were good for the purpose. His top two are starting to fall off and I'm now looking for another one. Pros: - very easy to travel with, love little suitcases - generally easy to clean, dries very quickly - can be sterilized Cons: - long bristles are a bit difficult to clean by removing dried toothpaste from the base of the bristles - quite small! They don't even fit on my husband's pinky so I'm the only one brushing my teeth
