I bought them for two granddaughters to wear under short dresses. They don't like tights so this was the perfect answer. They're cotton so there's no problem with layering them to keep them from overheating. They are well made and attractive and the ruffles at the bottom make them stand out. As long as the price stays at this price level, I would buy again.
