Review on Rockland Piece Smartpack Luggage Packing by Erin Abbott

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Breaking point for our family trip

We bought 6 sets of Rockland suitcases (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00503FUNE/ref=twister_B08547YT37) and saw these packing cubes as "too". Bought". They looked useful so we bought 6 sets. We had to buy new luggage a few years ago due to downsizing. Our family of 6 flew across the country, stayed in 7 different hotels and spent 2 nights on the train during our trip. Every day we had to find pajamas and toiletries, sleep, pack and dress in the morning and hit the road again - all 6 people (including a 6 year old). We were a well-oiled travel machine. And these cubes made it possible. I could ask a 6 year old to find his pajamas and toothbrush. Maybe he pulled out all the dice, but that means you can only pack 6 things in his suitcase, not 5 days of clothes scattered around a hotel room. We easily packed 5 sets of clothes at a time and were able to squeeze in another set. We were doing laundry in the middle of an hour drive and having a laundry bag made picking up the laundry easier. I highly recommend them as they make packing and travel easier. We went through many of them and only 2 zips broke out of 36 clasps. The company replaces these items. My family may be tired from our crazy trip, but our luggage is not. :)
