I wore it all the time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except when I was taking a shower and found it very comfortable. I had no issues with the clasp or tape holding the end in place. But my skin started to get irritated underneath, so I don't wear them all the time anymore. Usage is more like a watch. I broke my ankle so now I can't count steps lol. But overall this is a really good deal. This is my first activity tracker, so maybe they're all like that - wearing plastic on your arm 24 hours a day, 7 days a week seems like it should eventually irritate your skin because it can't breathe. I really think this band does what it's supposed to do and it's well done. My Garmin sits very comfortably in it. In use for a few months, no durability issues - still looks new.
