The ability to connect remotely at will without worrying about getting distracted by phone calls or emails from people in our offices.The fact that I can easily share files with my co-workers in other time zones.Also it's a very easy tool for scheduling meetings. There are some minor inconveniences such as being able to access only one file simultaneously but nothing serious so far. We manage all of our projects using this software. It has helped us improve communication between members of different teams across the globe.It also helps me coordinate with out clients regarding their project status.I am still looking forward to seeing how they could solve our problem related to working together while living apart.
