Great fit! for my opinion
I really liked this sauna belt, makes you sweat but doesn't leave a wet feel when you remove the actual belt after your work out.
The belly part fit great, the straps were a BIT too big on me but no big deal.
- I love it fits great and my daughter can wear it also nice fit ..
- The trainer may not be conducive for use while performing certain exercises or activities
