My friend and I bought these for Mario and Luigi's Halloween costumes. They fit well, stretch a little and are very cute. My only complaint is that the straps are very flimsy and flimsy and tend to slip off my shoulders if I don't tighten them enough. Definitely not a "functional" overall! I'm 5ft 3in, 130lbs and have ordered the medium size.
