This is the second time I buy this case. It's only the second time I've bought it because I've been told they've made the necessary improvement. Unfortunately, this information appears to be incorrect. This case is great for shock protection but it does NOT give you access to an external memory card when the case is in place and I repeat. You must COMPLETELY remove the case to access your SD card. Also, don't waste your time with the plastic screen protector they give you. It doesn't fit your screen exactly, so sometimes your device won't register your finger and the screen protector is only suitable for fingerprints. It does NOT provide shock resistance. I highly recommend that you purchase a separate tempered glass screen protector and install that first. Then take out the fragile plastic protective film from this product, and you will get a good anti-shock item. As long as you don't need access to the memory card slot.
