Review on Project Nursery Monitor Deluxe System by Maria Cochran

This was the second time I have ordered this. The first time the charging port in the monitor unit broke was about 6 months later. This time I received it with a broken piece of the easel stand. I contacted Project Nursery and they insisted it was out of warranty and I should send it back to Revain. Revane said I could return it but there was no replacement. Eventually I opened it up and fixed it myself because I couldn't wait more than a month for a baby monitor. Apart from these problems, the monitor is good. We bought this for security reasons as it doesn't connect to the internet. The sound quality is very muddy. It saves the video in an incomprehensible file format so saving our kid's video is useless as it can only be played on the monitor. It saves photos in JPEG format, so everything is fine there.
