This product was very user friendly, easy set up (we had no problems) and all of our users found it useful for their daily work needs with ease - they were able to navigate through using familiar tools like Outlook which made things seem more intuitive since most people in my organization use email extensively when working from home.
There really isn't anything I disliked but we did have some minor issues during setup where certain fields would not populate immediately after saving changes to an item so this could be improved slightly by having those items update faster than what we saw initially. We're hoping these can be resolved soon as well though other aspects are quite good! It's been great being able to keep track of important files within one system instead of maintaining them across several different platforms including emails/web browsers etc. The time saved has allowed us to focus on tasks instead.
