I bought this because I'm a dork who promoted it on Hallmark's Home and Family Show and I'm very gullible. I use it when I watch TV. When used as directed and consistently there is a noticeable difference in how tight the skin feels, I haven't noticed a huge difference in appearance but my two adult children have had positive things to say which means a lot. It's nice like your face has its own mini workout. If you look at it as a leisure activity, a self-care activity, and aren't looking for dramatic results, then I think you'll be happy.
