I was looking for a steam mop to replace my old broken one and finally settled on this one because of the value for money. And I'm not disappointed. This steam mop arrived this morning (two days early) and I quickly installed it and gave it a test drive on my hardwood floor. I was very happy with the result and even got a compliment from my wife. The following "goods" belong to this mop: 1. A glider is included so that it can be used on the carpets around my apartment.2. Unlike my old mop, this one can stand upright on its own. What I like is that in this position the vapor stops without having to turn off the power.3. Lightweight and durable for easy maneuvering.4. The cleaning pad (two included) is made of a bath towel-like fabric and is convenient to hand wash for the next use.5. The instruction manual is in large print and the photos in colors that are good for my old eyes. Overall this steam cleaner is a good buy at this price point.
