Slider latch pops out at the worst possible moment

Update: I went camping yesterday with someone who had this type of reservoir. The same happened to her. The clasp came loose and it spilled into her bag and onto her clothes. I saw a youtube video that suggested using a zip top bladder. I've had three very horrible episodes of this type of closure. As seen in the picture, there are tiny velcro straps that you thread through holes in the top of the lid to hold it in place. Do you know what else he does? He pulls the lid off his bladder. I discovered this when I bent down to pick something up off the floor and the entire contents of my bladder spilled out of the bag and onto my head. Luckily I was wearing a raincoat and it wasn't too bad. So I decided to try it without velcro loops.2. Same thing happened yesterday. And this time I was without a cloak. I didn't even bend. The clasp accidentally came loose and poured all the water into the bag. And the waterproof bag holding the bladder didn't help at all. i got wet The bag got wet. Everything in the package got wet. After that, the hike was long, cold and uncomfortable. A few weeks ago I filled my bladder and put the lid on. I put my bladder on the counter to connect the hose to my bladder. The lid came off and all the water poured onto the countertop and floor. I had to wash 2 liters of water before leaving the house for the hike. Yes. I'm done with this. I will use a screw top bottle.
