This product claims to be a 32W LED light source. It comes with a 12V 1A (12W) power adapter. With this power pack, the device draws approx. 1.2A (risk of fire). The device claims to operate between 12V and 24V. I have used a separate 15V 5A power supply which I have already had to see if the power supply limits the performance of the devices. With a supply voltage of 15 V, the device consumed 0.93 A (14 W). These measurements were taken after setting the device to full brightness in the app. I don't think this unit will ever come close to the advertised 32 watts and could pose a fire hazard at full brightness with the included power adapter.
