Great way for keeping customer info organized
I like that it makes it easy to keep track of the details of the customers that I'm working with. I also love that it is relatively easy to use and has a lot of useful features. I don't like that I need to create my own reports which I like to use in my business. It would be great if I could create my own reports and have them automatically sent to me in an email. I have not been able to find any reports that I like, so I have been making them myself. This has been a real time saver and I have been able to keep track of all the information that I need.
Pros
- The system works well overall when keeping up records about clients or contacts who are important within your office environment.It's really simple too! You can do almost anything you want without having much trouble at first glance..I think this program does everything anyone needs as far goes customer management software..it meets everyone’s expectations completely
