Review on 🌊 Discover the Power of ROUND LAB 1025 Dokdo Toner - 200mL by Heather Oliver

I was excited to try this new toner as it ranked high among buyers in Korean app Beauy "화해" as one of the best and safest toners. I was thrilled that the package arrived earlier than planned but was unhappy that the product packaging got wet and fell off and the product bottle cap was a bit loose. I would understand if the box got wet as it has been raining in my area all week, but I don't understand why only the bubble wrapped product box was wet inside. I have some photos so you can see what I mean. Now I don't want to use it anymore for fear of fakes. So I am looking forward to the product and did not expect the delivery result. 😠
