Not impressed at all

I ordered a set of Modelones nail extensions. When I opened the kit I noticed that out of 6 polygels the black polygel was half full and when I took it out of the box it was definitely half full! I also thought this was unrelated to the 'look' of MODELONES, but the glitter you put on your nail with the 'eye brush' spilled all over your body! I have never received a package this way and have ordered many packages. Anyway, being an entrepreneur myself, I know something is wrong. I will post an update after using the product
