Soft and snuggly for plush pillows

I ordered this for my 1 year old great granddaughter. It is very soft and the light is gentle and changing color. I couldn't find a power button, so I don't know if it's supposed to be on all the time. This is the thing that the baby can carry and sleep with her at night.
