I love french fries, onion rings, shrimp popcorn and chicken nuggets. I buy them frozen and already breaded. I used to fry them in oil. It was a disaster. Straining out the oil, storing it and cleaning the fryer was a hassle. Also, oily vapor was blown into my kitchen and spread throughout the house. My Elite Platinum Air Fryer was a gift from the kitchen gods. It is very easy to use and clean. Food cooked in a deep fryer is tastier than food fried in oil in my opinion. Not only are my french fries, onion rings, shrimp popcorn, and chicken nuggets tastier now, but American Metalcraft's 14-ounce frying cups make them look more appetizing and appealing. First of all, I would like to point out that I only received one American Metalcraft roasting cup, not a set. I would prefer a kit. Will have to order another one from Revain. This stainless steel frying pan is very fashionable and stylish. I like its hammered, rough look. Its walls are surprisingly thick. I thought I could bend them by hand but I can't. Roasting mugs are strong, strong and durable. They look great next to my little red ceramic bowls that I fill with the sauce. It's usually the Hidden Valley Ranch sauce that makes everything taste better, especially my popcorn shrimp and fries. The frying bowls are large enough to hold a portion of my fried food. Cleanup will be much easier if you line the mug with a napkin. I had melted cheese on french fries. Once hardened, the melted cheese is difficult to remove from the stainless steel mug. I had to soak it in water until the cheese softened. However, I love these stainless steel roasting cups from American Metalcraft (model number FFHM37). They are very decorative and versatile. (You can drink from it, too.) They make the dishes extra special by showcasing my favorite al fresco dishes like french fries, onion rings, popcorn shrimp, and chicken nuggets.
