Ideal for promoting blood circulation and exfoliation

I am very happy with it. Sensitive skin: I don't have this problem, but the bristles on these brushes seem rough, and I don't think they're ideal for people with sensitive skin or those who bruise easily. That being said, I love the idea of holding a brush in my hand or wearing an extension and have used it both wet and dry. The larger one is for massaging and has greatly improved blood flow to my knee (which hurts) and reduced the pain. I love the deep tissue massage and this brush feels like a professional massage. I am very happy with this purchase.
