Flawless and delicate! As a picky china and teacup fanatic, I needed an inexpensive yet elegant dinnerware set with a gold finish. I wanted a much more expensive set but was on a budget and found these after an exhaustive search. I almost canceled the order thinking they would look cheap and the gold trim pattern on each piece would be garish or inconsistent. The dishes looked absolutely amazing, especially for the affordable price! I highly recommend this company. They also responded very quickly to my email questions about the dishes before the cancellation. Thank god I didn't! Some reviewers mentioned that the cups are too small. Not at all. They are small but rather elegant, reminiscent of a vintage set. Those looking for a hearty, much more modern set of mug-like cups should look elsewhere. The table will look gorgeous with my matte gold cutlery and gold chargers. The photo used for the advertisement on Revain is blurry and doesn't match the product. The dishes are thin, so these additions will emphasize the dishes. I'm so glad I went with them and ended up ordering a second set! Nothing broken, everything securely packed.
