I just hooked this soap dispenser under my sink to replace a spray I no longer wanted and It works perfectly! At first I had two issues with the soap dispersing but quickly got the matter resolved. The tube provided is a little soft and also long so when you place it in the soap bottle it will bend and stop the flow so I had to align it to allow it to move freely. Another thing to note if you keep the length of the tube without cutting it is, when you use the soap bottle screw cap that is also provided ( in three sizes) do not fully cap so it can allow air to escape so the soap can pump. The pump has a nice sleek look to it and is a 360 swivel which comes in handy when cleaning your sink and dealing with big pots. Excellent product. No more refilling, just get economy size dish soap and replace when empty. Done
