Review on Everki Advance Laptop Bag EKB407NCH17 by Paul Stocks

Success! After all! (Laptop bag and case combo.)

Do you have an older Dell M6800 workstation. It's a stocky, blocky beast. (You don't want to drop this guy on your finger!) I first tried just buying a laptop bag, but couldn't find one with enough padding that I'd be comfortable dropping it (especially close by my toes!). Decided to go for a laptop bag + case for extra padding protection. Did a few tries and finally found the right laptop bag: Domiso 17.3 inch bag. (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08T9149GN). I wouldn't use this heavy laptop as a daily companion due to the zipped environment, but for my purposes it's great. Thanks to the handle, the Everki laptop bag can be easily pulled out. Now let's move on to this 18.4 inch Everki bag. Despite good reviews, held off ordering because of the orange interior. Not because I don't like the orange color, but because I ordered a burgundy Domiso laptop sleeve complete with another already returned laptop sleeve. I'm happy to report that the Domiso case fits perfectly in the Everki case; It just looks like a UT/A&M fight inside! Also, this bag has better padding than some of the others I've tried. The orange interior makes it easier to find items. I'm starting to like the contrast of the burgundy and orange. I think... The Domiso case is available in other colors. So if you decide to try this case and case combo, you have other color options.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Good, but not great
