Not suitable for aligning the needle on the machine.
The foot is good and fits both Janome 8900 and Baby Lock Cresendo which are high shank sewing machines. But the needle of the machine(s) does not match the hole. When I tried, the needle on the machine came out of the plastic foot. I'm not sure what sewing machine this will work on, but it's useless to me. Be careful before buying.
