I tried this with my Copenhagen lipstick because I found it rubbed most heavily in the center of my lips when I was eating or drinking. They weren't greasy but I used lip balm at night so they weren't dry or cracked but there wasn't any lip balm left either. This foundation applies well, is thick but not too waxy, and glides on smoothly. It doesn't seem to affect HOW the lip cream is applied, mostly because I find NYX lip creams apply very smoothly. I think it helped make it a little more hydrated after I applied it. It didn't seem to affect the color or the MATTE LOOK (I LOVE the matte look so that was important too). I put on the Copenhagen, dunked it lightly and let it dry very well before even drinking anything. (I check by bringing my hand to my lips to make sure there is no transmission). I drank some water and all was fine whereas prior to using the primer even drinking anything caused the MIDDLE part of my lips to lose a lot of color (and at COPENHAGEN you noticed) leaving me with a dark wine ring around my outside left lips. About five or six hours later I ate something that was a little OILY and still held up pretty well. A LITTLE lighter in the center of the lips where it would stand out SUPER without primer and I would have left a dark ring around the lips. SO FIVE STARS PLUS! ORDER TWO MORE IN NUDE while on sale!
