Cushion torn after careful use
This cushion was great until it started falling apart. I've only been using it for sleeping since May - it's July now and the creases on both ends have snapped and the filling is falling out. I also had to replace the included pillowcase after 1 month of use as it was torn. My pillow may have been defective but I don't know how to contact the company to request a replacement.
