Too painful to get used to. Three protrusions fell off immediately
I thought they were a little uncomfortable like a pair of Nike flip flops I had, but after a few minutes of wearing them (every time I put them on) mine relaxed feet and put pressure on . That didn't happen. I can't stand 3 minutes in it. I'm 57, maybe that's my age.
