Online computer software is useless. Not only is it generic, it is also limited and offers a minimal amount of guides. The tutorials show how to flatten the product into something, but don't give any hints on how to edit graphics or flip an image, which doesn't even really mention what to do. The mirroring issue is mentioned in the paper instruction pack. I would never use this software again. The transfer paper is adequate, although not of high quality if you are using other software or have your own file ready to print.
